Our client is a long-standing Rockhampton accounting firm with established clients, strong internal support, and the maturity to know that great accountants don't all want the same thing. Theyre open to appointing either an Intermediate or Senior Accountant and tailoring the role, workload, and package accordingly.

The role:

• Manage a portfolio of business clients (size and complexity negotiable)
• Prepare financial statements, tax returns and compliance work
• Be the trusted point of contact for clients
• Review and mentor (Senior) or build toward this responsibility (Intermediate)
• Work closely with a capable internal team

About you

• Public practice experience (Intermediate or Senior)
• Comfortable managing clients and deadlines
• CA or CPA qualified (or working toward)
• Looking for a long-term role that fits your life, not the other way around
