• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to seal the deal

• Build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers

• Offer advice on products, specs, and materials

• Keep across stock, pricing, and product trends

Skills:

• Experience in trade, counter, or internal sales (hardware or metals a bonus)

• A genuine knack for customer service and problem-solving

• Good product knowledge or the curiosity to learn fast

• Confidence using computers and order systems

• A steady, reliable work ethic and a sense of humour
