Our client is a well-established Brisbane construction company specialising in school and government sector projects. Known for their reliability, quality workmanship and strong client relationships, they have built a solid reputation delivering refurbishments, upgrades and commercial works across the education sector. As their project workload continues to grow, they are now seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations
• Manage subcontractors, trades and site labour
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification
• Read and interpret construction plans and project documentation
• Conduct toolbox talks and maintain WHS compliance
• Monitor workmanship and quality control on site
• Liaise with the Project Manager and provide progress updates
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman, Site Supervisor or Leading Hand
• Trade-qualified carpenter highly regarded
• Experience delivering commercial, education or government projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and site activities
• Solid understanding of site safety and compliance requirements
• White Card and relevant construction tickets
• Blue Card (or ability to obtain) for working on school sites
• Current drivers licence
